For installers

All your devices at a glance

See at a glance how all your customers' installations are doing, which ones need attention, and quickly find the right device.

When you work in your installer company, the portal opens on the Overview: all of your customers' devices on one page. You see straight away where you need to act.

Overview

At the top you see your devices per status. Pick a tile to see exactly those devices in the list.

Status What it means
All good The BoilerBuddy Alpo is reporting and no alert is open.
With alert An alert is open, for example a sensor fault or a pump that isn't running.
Offline The Alpo hasn't reported for fifteen minutes.
Not active yet No circuit chosen yet, or the Alpo has never reported.

Below that are the devices that need attention, the most urgent first, and the latest alerts from all your devices. The page updates itself every minute.

Devices

Under Devices you find all your devices in a list, 25 per page.

  • Search by device name, the place in the building, the customer, the location or the town.
  • Filter by status, such as Needs attention or Offline, and by customer.
  • Sort by clicking a column heading, for example Last contact.

Your filters are in the page's address. Bookmark it or send it to a colleague.

Pick a device to open its dashboard. The tabs at the top take you to that device's savings, alerts, installation details and settings.

Alerts

Under Alerts you see the alerts from all your devices, newest first. Choose Open for what's going on now or All for the history, and search by device, customer or town. Pick an alert for the details and that device's rules. What an alert means is explained in Alerts.

Who sees what

You see every device you have access to: your company's own, the ones customers share with you, and the ones shared with you personally. If a device's subscription has ended, you see that something is going on, but not what: the owner has to pay first. See Billing and subscription.
