Becoming an installer

As an installer you fit the BoilerBuddy Alpo for your customers and keep an eye on their solar water heaters together with your technicians. Register your company, and once we approve it you can get started.

Your company, not you#

In BoilerBuddy an installer is your company. The devices you add belong to the company, the company pays the subscription, and your colleagues are members as owner, admin or technician (see Organization and technicians).

Only have an Alpo for your own solar water heater at home? Then you don't need this: any account can do that.

Applying#

Apply at /installateur-aanmelden, or in the portal through Organization and then Apply as installer.

• Already have an account? Log in first. You become the owner of the installer.
• No account yet? Create one in the same form, then confirm your email address. The portal only opens after that.

We ask for your company name, Chamber of Commerce number, billing email, phone number, address and country. A VAT number and an explanation are optional.

After you apply#

We review every application ourselves. You see it on the Organization page under Your applications, and you hear the outcome by email and through the bell in the portal. Until it is approved you can't work in the installer yet, and you pay nothing.

Approved#

1. Go to Organization.
2. At the top, choose Switch to with your company's name. You now work in the installer.
3. Invite your technicians, create customers and add devices.

Your trial starts at approval and lasts 30 days by default. The end date is in the email and on the Subscription page. After that you pay €3.95 per device per month, VAT included (see Billing and subscription).

Rejected#

We email you the reason, and it is also shown with your application on Organization. You can apply again through Apply as installer, for example with more details or a clearer explanation. Questions? Reply to the email or contact us.
